Here is the quick 411 on me!

First off…my name is Taylor and I am 28 years old living in sunny and H O T Florida! I am a fifth grade teacher and enjoy meal prepping and cooking at nights and on the weekends!
I have been doing WW (formally known as Weight Watchers) off and on for what seems like forever, but in reality probably only a few years.
But here lately, I have been creating recipes that are low in points, easy to make, and taste delicious so I thought why not put those recipes out into the universe and maybe someone else can benefit from them as well.
Why am I doing this?
- To show people that following a recipe can be so simple and only a few steps with a few ingredients because who likes to go spend a bunch of money on an ingredient they will never use again?
- To motivate new WW members, lifelong WW members, or really just anyone who need a fresh new lens at some simple recipes.
- To give point friendly and health friendly recipes that are seasoned well and taste delicious.
- To show step by step directions and examples of the process.

While I’m not doing WW per se, you know me well enough to know I’ve struggled with an eating order my entire life. My relationship with food has always been a challenge, and not knowing how to cook easy, quick, healthy recipes made my struggles more prominent. I am excited to learn from you and follow your blog. Also, I’m so proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone 🙂
